    How to improve my frames after playing a few matches?
    I often play Paladins with my friends,and every time my first match in the game,the frame rate is 150,but after a few matches,the game frame rate will decrease to 80,even 70.I have to restart the game to make sure the frame rate is higher than 144.
    What should I do to keep the game frame rate at 144 after a few matches?

    Are your drivers up to date ? There was in game alerts that popped telling you to install drivers last time I played (yesterday). That might fix your issue.
