So... After maining Talus and approaching lvl 50, i thought I'd treat myself and go for the Oni skin from the Diamond chest. I'm not 100% certain of the mechanics of how the chests work, but essentially it felt like random luck, and i ended up with a skin of a champion i don't play. Which sucked balls.
Can't i just cash in and buy the Oni skin when i hit lvl 50? What gives? It feels more like gambling, like the EA loot box debate.

Basically, can i buy the Oni skin direct?

I can't bring myself to purchase another chest, with limited odds on actually getting the skin, so Rez get zero money from me, but if i could buy it direct, they'd get some $$$. So what have they got to loose by making skins available?

i dont recommend buying the diamond chest hoping to get one certain skin, if im not mistaken the odds are something like 1:350 (those arent good odds)

i recommend waiting until the fuedal chest comes back to the store.


you can also purchase it directly if it shows up in the DoTD, just check in every day until you see it.

Cool man, thanks for the tips. How often does the feudal chest come back? Is it in rotation or something? I've always looked out for it but never seen it.

it was in the store recently, im not sure how the rotation works, but in the 8 months ive been playing ive seen it in the store at least twice
