If you don't want something in the chest, don't purchase it. If you purchased it knowing there's something you don't want, don't get mad if you get it. No one forced you to open it. If you don't want it...then don't equip it. You do realize how easily your suggestion can be abused? Hi-Rez is based in the USA. Makes sense that they have skins for their own country.

why not just wait for a DOTD with the skin you want if you get upset over getting a different skin?
