So, I saw this ying skin when I was looking at her skins. It was her valentines day skin. I purchased it with crystals. I thought that was weird because it said only available in valentines day chests. It took the money and I got the skin. It was super hard to equip in a game. Then the next game it is nowhere to be seen. It says it is looked and I am at 0 crystals and I can not buy it again. SOOOOOOOO! HELP!
You did not purchase the skin - you either purchased Ying or her Voice Packs. Carnival Ying is exclusive to the Valentine Chest.
