Are we just ignoring that Viktor now has a better self-heal than most supports??

How does this possibly make any sense? Viktor now can self -heal using his Cardio LC for 400 health/sec and hustle has NO COOL DOWN. The best self heal Furia can manage is 525 health OVER 3 SECONDS (so 175 health per second) and to even get there, she needs to spend 5 load out points on burning oath AND to trigger the self heal she needs to heal an ally. Make it make sense.

Suggestion: With the increased healing, hustle should have a small cooldown when using Cardio (similar to stellar wind) so that Viktor can't just break out into this heal whenever he wants.

400 is so broken not only viktor got no cooldown on his running skill he can heal without waiting for recovery he can run on walls or go around and around to recover also not even 3 cauterize can cancel if viktor keep on running on the map.

i got a hard time dealing with viktors on 400 heals just playing on the siege he can go decoy and cant be killed they really need to nerf it.

Viktor is either healing or dealing damage with Cardio.
It was a meh talent before the buff and it's a solid pick as of now but the self heal has a trade off.

The difference between Supports self heal and Viktor's is Supports are still able to do other things and Viktor is not.
You run to heal and that is it.

Supports have cards or the ability to heal themselves and can do other things.
Jenos, Mal Damba, Seris and Furia have cards that give HoT's through use of their Healing Ability.
Out of those 4 only Seris is locked into healing but that is because her heal is channeled to begin with.

Not really in this case.

There is another difference, and lets not forget about it - an isolated fight scenario as well, where this talent will also outheal anything which supports with their lackluster dmg can use to have a chance of escape, for example. Also you need other people on many supports to heal yourself, Furia's self HoT, as OP stated, is a joke. While a dmg champ has now better damage than a supp (is logical) and the means to work team independant and sustain.

I believe some self heals on supps need just to be improved a bit to balance them better.

actually the reasons behind his dmg nerfs are even more bullshit.

Binary star is too strong at lvl 10, he can out dps dps and practically snipe (i think?), It's nerfed ok thats fair.........

but lvl 4 binary star ate an unnecessary nerf

It's dps is lower than base at level 4 now (THE LEVEL THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO BALANCE AROUND NOT 10)

SO THEY NERF HIS BASE DAMAGE TO ENCOURAGE BINARY STAR USE FOR DMG??

but the dps increase in minimal, in fact luminary gives more dps,LUMINARY NERFED,

on the plus side, he doesn't have a MUST HAVE talent now, well, not as much.

How is this ok? He gets damage reduction while using this ability. Has a boast for his Cardio that makes go even faster. It's funny that I made a thread on Viktor saying he was to fast way back that most laughed at and now he gets this absurd buff. A Flank needs to waste basically all there cool down just to eliminate him. Let's say you some how are close enough to him. His team is just going to mawl you. Yes get cauterize. Ok yes duh, that counter all heals. However it last 1.5 seconds. Viktor can be out of sight in that time period and heal him self come back and pick you off. It doesn't make any sense.
