I think there is a forum that caters to steam users, but that hardly serves console players who may be experiencing seperate issues while playing on their respective platforms.
Regarding balance, the best balance is a mic'd up team who are actually working together. There may be other issues, but we don't have a dedicated forum for console players to discuss them.

Not happening. I asked them about it and they said they want only Discord as their official media. If anything, Steam as well.
