Grohk’s Ult to be damage immune

Maybe it’s just me, but I die super fast when all eyes are on me that makes me activating my ult so useless. Last time when he moved super fast during ult, at least I survived the whole ordeal, but now that he doesn’t glide as fast anymore, I die after the power “Power!”. Is there a trick to it or what?

Don't dive headlong into the enemy team when you ult...?

Seriously, the ult both damages AND heals so the best thing to do is stay amidst your teammates so you have some cover, heal them and damage any enemies trying to attack them or you.

If they were to give it dmg immunity, it should be at the start for maybe 0.5 seconds? Like khan.

I wouldn't say his ult needs work its just that it has almost no usefulness when Caut is built up a .5 sec immunity like Khan's shout would be nice though especially since a lot of ults have similar problems.

Idk what you're talking about. I can never kill Grohk mid-ult. Also, I don't think the best ult in the entire game needs a buff (it is, fight me)

@MrsCrii: Most Grohk players on my team and enemy play him as Damager. So they're not using the ult to heal, rather to kill. So I'm speaking in the sense of playing him as damager.

I wouldn't have an issue with a similar invulnerability at startup that Khan has when he shouts but no longer. Grohk's ult is already super powerful.

Even if you're playing him as damage ignoring the healing element of the ult is foolish. Also my suggestion still stands, use your team for cover while buffing them and still damaging the enemy. Going out alone to attack the enemy while ulting is a sure fire way to suicide.

Yeah, Grohk can be rather immortal during ult if he doesn't position himself badly (i.e. charging into enemy team alone).

Yeah you’re right. It might not be considered profanity, but it’s never nice to respond to a person using those words. No reason why we can’t be civil.
