i havent heard of any excactey one gender teams, and i konw there have been teams with both male and female playes.
so i guess it is mixed,
a healer is a healbot only if you want to be a healbot
like seriosly you can do decent damage with seris or ying even with a full heal buid

And why ever would they be split? On normal sports, for the bodies have different heights and weights and muscles amount, but here we're talking about pressing a finger on a mouse... O.o

Funny story. Do you know when they've started to separate the genders? When females won more than males on I can't remember which Olimpic/world championship group of sports. Men were so pissed off, than the following edition, the management decided to split the genders.
By the way, it has already been shown that brain volume/weight has nothing to do with IQ.

Unlike with most sports recognized by the International Olympic Committee, where competition is either "mixed" (containing everyone) or split into men and women,[1] in chess women are both allowed to compete in the "open" division (including the World Chess Championship) yet also have a separate Women's Championship (only open to females).[2]
Sorry, can't get why your post should be an answer to mine.
I was describing why we have split competitions. Why are you repeating to me the chess story?

There is no separate Esports for the Male and Female.
Even in most other games Esports will rarely have Females.
However if you are one and wish to go for it then I am sure people will Gladly welcome you so long as you can prove that you belong at that level.

It could be. But I not saying it should be.
Actually, for e-sports there's not advantage or disadvantage grouping by gender.
In future, maybe there'll be e-sports a separate competition for those with some disability similar to what happens in olympiads.
