    Question Cauterize. Is it working yet?

    From what i understand cauterize was not working correctly for a while there. I was wondering if the new patch fixes this and cauterize is a viable item choice again. Thanks.

    Cauterize has been working forever. It was only not working in the PTS and worked correctly in Live.

    I wasn't sure if it was working, every time i'd look at who bought what maybe one person at most would buy it. I just assumed it still wasnt working due to the lack of use and not hearing about it being fixed.
