Deserter and getting kicked out of match lobby

Hi, I was dislodged 3 times during the selection of the champions taking 3 losses in the competitive plus the ban deserter.
is it possible to solve all this?

I have taken deserter 2 time today.
Both when i pick Jenos (free rotation). I have not bought it yet.
Last time i have pick Sky, and on last second i repick Jenos. And as a result i have deserter 30 min.

I think it happens when i pick free rotation hero. And someone not pick hero. As a result i have deserter.

Are you kidding me?! Ive been kicked put of the match lobby EVERY TIME and it pisses me off. And yeah, probably HiRez doesnt care or either know what the bugs are. They are playing on some gaming pcs with god sake 16 gb (including League) just to make sure everything works fast and doesn't lag. Im pissed. However, you want it, you get it.

No deserter because it's training; just kicked me from prematch lobby straight to login screen.

i was waiting to play a macth and I got disconnected many times... i cant even play a ranked macth cause i already lose many tps in other account cause i got kicked and back to login page

Paladins I find it more engaging than overwatch but it becomes exasperating to play like that.
I think I have to go back to overwatch.
DESERTER= 120 MINUTE!!!
I don t have all this time for one fucking game.
