So, I went ahead and did the free trial of Twitch Prime thing and I have claimed the loot on the website (I got the check mark and all) but it isn't unlocking in-game. Is this a bug or is there something I am missing? My Twitch account is linked to Hi-Rez, even says so in-game, so that's all good.

Same thing for me, and I know for sure I have linked my account before. With facebook and Twitch.
Right now both of them show unlinked . I linked them again no help. No wonder some of us never drop anything in Twitch streams WHAT A SCAM.
Fix this
Relogged and now I dont even have Twitch prime quest and of course no skins or anything.
Relogged some more unlinked and linekd again, many times, I have the mount now.
Not sure if should have BK skin also?

It worked for me. took a few minutes for it to show up after linking prime.

To get pretty much any free trial they'll want a credit card. So long as you cancel before the time runs out you won't be charged.
