    Mmmmm probably Resistance. I think I've answered this before but I forget my response lol. But yeah, I get why the Magistrate would want to control such a destructive force, but I feel that the government regulating such an important resource and controlling it all while the people are left without and unable to defend themselves (if the govt has these weapons but the people don't) leaves a bad taste in my mouth. So I'll go for Resistance!
