Cauterize is reduced by rejuvenate. Also wrecker increases the damage against shields while cauterize doesn't increase the damage against HP.

Ruckus is much worse than Nando. As solo tank he is the worst you can get. I'd prefer every damage dealer instead, better no tank than Ruckus as solo tank.

Well, the only other competitive game I play is WOWS and there it's the same, once the loading screen shows up the game will be played no matter what. Just there are no bots.

I doubt that you get a ban for "more than X reports" in one game. Except this includes the opposite team.
