This is an issue with your graphics card and the Unreal Engine. You need to disable Anti-Aliasing.

If you're playing against Bots, you won't receive XP or Gold after a certain level. You'll need to venture into PVP to continue leveling up your account and receiving rewards :)

In your task manager, can you see that the game is actually running? Can you see it running in your start bar, or does the play button just do nothing at all? Did you have the game installed prior to...

Were you playing a Co-Op game, and are you over Level 5? Once you pass Level 5, you no longer receive XP or Gold from Co-Op games.

Yes, we have anti-cheat systems within Paladins, and there is a report functionality. In the after-match lobby, you can report players by pressing the "!" icon :)
