Hello Srixis, hope you're doing well!

I noticed OB69 went live today on Xbox One.
After downloading the update, I realized that my Champion's Quest has been reset to zero, so I can, finally, earn it again when I complete it. That's such great news!

However, I couldn't help but notice that my account was not compensated in any form (or at least that's what it seems to me) so I'm wondering if my case is still under investigation and if you have any update for me please.

I'm an Xbox One user, and my monthly quest was never reset upon being completed that first and only time. My Gamertags is

I play Paladins everyday, so I can confirm that my monthly quest must have been fully completed some time between 15 to 20 days after monthly quests were introduced to Paladins, since I usually do all three daily.

As you may corroborate from reviewing my profile, I very rarely miss a daily quest, so in case the monthly quest was indeed getting a reset every 30 days (which hasn't happened to me) I would have gotten more diamond chests as reward and I believe I may be entitled to some form of compensation.

Please kindly have a look into this and let me know at your earliest convenience.
